All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid form of payment is required to secure your reservation. Full or partial payments may be required in advance, depending on the property’s policy.
Any cancellations or modifications must comply with the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking.

2. Liability Terms

Tapasya Home Stay provides accommodation services but is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or theft during your stay.
Guests are responsible for ensuring the safety of their belongings. The management is not liable for any misplaced or stolen items.
Tapasya Home Stay will not be held responsible for disruptions caused by natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Changes to the Terms

Tapasya Home Stay reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any revised terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe for the respective booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of Tapasya Home Stay.
In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided unless explicitly mentioned in the booking policy.
